I most like the ideas for an rpg of hunterXunter powers and trials.
If you like the idea of Alice down the rabbit hole, check out Girl Underground. It’s great!
I’ve also was reminded of Sidewalkia from another of your ideas.

the future… well I was intending to go to kickstarter this year with it, get some anime style art for the book… but I am not comfortable with kickstarters decisions. so i’m trying to find out about gamefound vs games on table options.
also looking into what to do for print on demand, how much of a hassle is it etc.
And how does that work?
Any community member who has ‘posting rights’ for the Gauntlet calendar could post a session of a game they are developing or a game someoen else wants testing.
Thanks … and a relief to bring my first kickstarter to a close.
Sorry for the lack of updates on The Gauntlet Forum.
The game has been available for a while digitally in its fully-illustrated edition (art by Bodie Hartley) on both ItchIo and DriveThruRPG.
…BUT the big news earlier this month is that physical copies are now on sale via The Rolistes Big Cartel store and shipping worldwide.
Congratulations Alun!
Done! Finally…
Thread necro, but I’d love to hear more about this. I’ve been following your GMless play since the old G+ days.
Finally getting around to playtest my epic fantasy meets Chuubo’s PbtA game and so far the worldbuilding and character creation parts have worked alright, which is great, but of course none of those are actually playing characters in the game, so…
Figuring out the content for my second supplement, for “October Rust”. This time: a collection of additional tables (ex.: trappings), backgrounds and alternate/optional rules. My aim is to have 5 pages of content (ideally), now I feel like I have barely 3…
Currently finishing the draft of an adventure for Ava Islam’s Errant called CURSE OF THE GANSHOGGR. It’s about helping or hindering the warlike and vain Goose King (aka “Sigtrygg II, Gosvater, Sea King of the Anser”) avoid divine punishment for his misrule by slaying a ‘dragon’ - the Ganshoggr. As an adventure it’s largely my effort to write a somewhat gonzo (it’s a Kingdom of Geese modeled a bit after Viking age Dublin) fairy tale and also an experiment in wrapping a whole low level adventure around a single extremely dangerous creature that they players must figure out how to defeat (or aid, or just plunder from). Here’s an illustration of the Sigtrygg and another of the Ganshoggr
I am LOVING that art…
With 2 game add-ons finished, I am trying to get a small antifa game right.
To my own surprise, my little game seems to have won a prize at the German One Page Contest Winter 2021. I don’t know the exact details yet, but I’m on the list of award winners. That doesn’t mean much, but at least the chance that the game will be played increases. The English translation is ready, but I still have to lay it out. Then I’ll probably post them somewhere.
I’m working on two things, at the moment.
I have a first draft for cover art, for the “Suffering from Success” (without my name yet)
It’s an interesting concept. On a tangentially related note, I have a friend that is schizo-effective (lower impact schizophrenia). Sometimes the meds work well enough that he doesn’t hear voices for months. The irony is that he finds this difficult to handle. In the “normal times” he gets depressed and bored and anxious. I guess it’s like you live in an overwhelming busy environment with people talking and yelling all around you all the time and you can’t escape for months and then suddenly for months you must live in a library and then back again.
May I send you a DM about your game and the contest so we don’t derail the thread?
DM? I’m not sure what the acronym means. Anyway, you can send me a message, sure.
I just wrote a little location supplement for Josh McCrowell’s Under Hill, By Water.
Also features a short (non-murder) mystery scenario adapted from Brindlewood Bay investigative procedures.
