7th Sea d6: On the High Seas

This is for five sessions of 7th Sea 2e but with a d6 System conversion. Rules will be taught. We will be doing a big dumb nautical campaign with our characters aboard a ship pirate hunting, looking for lost relics, or tracking down sea monsters. We’ll figure that out. Attendance at all sessions is strongly encouraged, but not required. Rules will be taught. In session one we’ll discuss tone, choose the game frame, create characters, and get to playing.

About a week out from the first session I’ll send out a set up email and get everyone to nail down character concepts. General RSVPs open 10/24.

7th Sea is a tabletop roleplaying game of swashbuckling and intrigue, exploration and adventure, taking place on the continent of Théah, a land of magic and mystery inspired by our own Europe. (But we will be focusing on the so-called Pirate Nations)

Players take on the roles of heroes thrown into global conspiracies and sinister plots, exploring ancient ruins of a race long vanished and protecting the rightful kings and queens of Théah from murderous villains. It is a world of sharp blades and sharp wits, where a cutting retort can be just as deadly as a sword’s point.

Each session will run 2 1/2 to 3 hours. If you sign up and your attendance or RSVP changes, please also send me a message at edige23 at gmail. I will send out a group email a week before the session with set up and invite details. We will use Zoom for our sessions. We will plan to record, but I will confirm this with the players. The Gauntlet Code of Conduct will be in play and we will use Lines and Veils and the X-Card for safety tools.
