Fantasy RPG w/out the "Leaving on an Adventure" part - What's it's name?

Hello,
I was browsing drivethrurpg or was it kickstarter, and I remember seeing a fantasy role-playing game that you play townsfolk who defend a town, instead of leaving it for fame and fortune.
I thought it sounded like a neat premise.

Does anyone know the name of this?
