Game Chef is a yearly ttrpg design contest where you’re given one theme, four ingredients, and nine days* to make a new analogue game.
It’s something I’ve entered quite a few times, largely for composting of ideas, but having brought some good success with Contempt for the Ogre-Poet (2016? finalist) and EXUVIAE (since expanded into a physical product).
This years theme is AMALGAM
and the ingredients are:
- failure
- microscopic
- levitate
- secret
- deadline is the 30th, Hawaii time
