Pasión de las Pasiones: La suerte está echada
This game will cover the intrigues and affairs surrounding the new president of the country of San Espinoza. Having sweeped to an unexpected victory in the recent Election, Esteban Gomez awaits his inauguration to the cheers of the common people as he promises new jobs and prosperity to the working people. A strict opponent of the current military government, his political revolution has made him many enemies amongst the privileged classes of San Espinoza and it’s military, but the people have spoken and he will be President for better or worse.
This game follows the intrigues and affairs of the people surrounding the President, his family and members of his administration and the groups that oppose him. The President will be an NPC, your characters will be the people around him, the aim is to tell “The West Wing” or “House of Cards” the telenovella of the people around him who do the day to day work within the administration.
This game is one of melodrama, of secret loves, secret plots, audacious accusations and conspiracies. Of good people undergoing terrible circumstances and bad people being bad using the Playtest pack for the 2nd edition of Pasión de las Pasiones (available here: https://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/303784/Pasion-de-las-Pasiones-Quickstart?term=pasion)
We will be using the X-Card as a safety tool. The game will be for 2 sessions and will run for 3 hours each session.
