I am planning to run Kagematsu soon, as it is particularly well-suited (among other things) to online play. It is an exciting and unique design, and I’m really quite keen to get it “to the table”.
I am listening to this podcast a second time, now that I am very familiar with the rules. It’s not possible to purchase the game anymore, so collecting all the rules and advice I can has been my mission for the last week or so.
I’ve been quite successful, but (as the podcast mentions), there are a few things that are not clear in the rules, despite being potentially quite important.
Is anyone here, reading, experienced enough with the game that they would consider answering some of these questions? Any authorities on the game, or anyone who’s played it enough to have a good sense of the dynamics?
Please speak up, if so! I have a few questions that would be really helpful to anyone trying to play. (And perhaps even Zach and Diana, since they had some of the same questions…)
